Ingredients: GF-certified oat flour, gf-flour blend (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, organic evaporated cane juice, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, carbohydrate gum, baking powder [calcium carbonate and citric acid], calcium lactate), xanthan gum, pectin (from citrus), amaranth flour, organic evaporated cane juice, yeast, sea salt, baking powder (sodium phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch, calcium phosphate, xanthan gum. Made in a facility which processes soy, eggs, and tree-nuts.
