Quinoa Cranberry Cookies

We went and re-vamped the classic Oatmeal-Raisin cookie! Now made with organic quinoa flakes and naturally-sweetened cranberry bits.
Ingredients: GF-Flour Blend (Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch), Natural Brown Sugar, Organic Quinoa Flakes, Dried Sweetened Cranberries, Non-Hydrogenated Margarine (expeller-pressed natural oil blend (soybean, palm fruit, canola and olive), filtered water, pure salt, natural flavor (derived from corn, no MSG, no alcohol, no gluten), soy protein, soy lecithin, lactic acid (non-dairy, derived from sugar beets), and beta-carotene color (from natural source)), Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Whole Eggs, Pure Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda, Ground Cinnamon, Xanthan Gum Contains: Eggs, Soy.
