Gluten-free bread stales FAST! For best results, please keep bread frozen, in an air-tight container. Defrost overnight in fridge, or on counter for 1-2 hours. If you use a microwave (not recommended but we all know it happens) be careful not to overdo! Finish in hot toaster or oven for 2-3 minutes.
Bread generally keeps 4 weeks in the freezer, except for kaiser rolls which are best eaten within 2 weeks.
