Allergy Statement
Welcome to our bakery.
We are a gluten-free, dairy-free kosher bakery. All of our products are gluten and dairy free.
While we are also peanut-free, we are not a nut-free facility; we use walnuts, pecans and almond flour in some of our products.
In addition, some dark chocolates we use contain soy-lecithin, and some of our frostings use soy products.
And, while we do have a growing selection of vegan products, we do use eggs in the bakery.
Corn is ubiquitous in the baking world, and shows up in some form in most of our products. If you have corn allergies, we recommend you not use our products.
We take all standard allergan storage control measures to prevent cross-contamination by these allergens, and take precautions when baking not to cross-contaminate products. However, unlikely as it is, we cannot guarantee that contamination does not at times occur.
Online information may not be updated regularly, and we might make a change in ingredients that is not reflected in our online information.
If consuming any of the above listed allergies will result in extreme symptoms such as anaphyllactic shock, we recommend you not consume our products.
